An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Friday, repeating indefinitely

YogaFit blends balance, strength, flexibility & power in a fitness format.  Based on hatha yoga it delivers a challenging workout by incorporating vinyasa breath technique with pose transitions that can be adapted to any fitness level.  Core strength conditioning is also a focus in this moderate-high intensity class.
